Olivia Trammel is a licensed Realtor at eXp Realty and is a member of the Gusty Gulas Group, Birmingham’s #1 Team in Homes Sold since 2012. Olivia was born and raised in north Mississippi and graduated from Mississippi University for Women and Mississippi State University.

Before joining the G3 team, Olivia worked in higher education at a private women’s college in Raleigh, NC. She loved guiding families through a major milestones in their daughters’ lives.

Olivia is dedicated to helping her clients find their dream home by using her compassion for others, communication skills, and work ethic. When she isn’t working with clients, Olivia loves to be with friends and family while exploring all of Birmingham’s fabulous restaurants and coffee shops.
