When you are looking for a real estate agent and the options are seemingly endless, it can be overwhelming to find the right Realtor for you. Here are some tips for making the right choice...

1. Consider experience. Agents who have several years of experience or are members of teams with highly experienced REALTOR® have likely helped many home buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals in a variety of market conditions. Meaning they know how to navigate negotiations based on the current state of the housing market.

2. Check their reviews. Reviews aren't just for restaurants anymore! Moving can be a very stressful time - especially if it's your first time buying or selling a house. Finding an agent who has given 5-star, stress-free experiences to their past clients is invaluable. No one wants to be a pest so feel free to share with them that you prefer text over talk or email, etc. They should be more than happy to comply with your needs!
